A month ago my lady and I went to the Edmonton art gallery and were lucky to see the works of "Yousuf Karsh". He is among the greatest portrait photographers of all time.

Here are a few of the pictures he took for the cover of Time magazine.

Churchill

Mr. Eisenhower

Mr. Kennedy

They recreated Karsh's studio and I was lucky enough to use one of his actual cameras to capture a very beautiful girl who happened to be on hand.

That's very cool.

I have to admit, despite the fact that there's SO much in Edmonton, the only time I've ever been to any of it has been for school field trips.

The pictures you posted definitely tell me that it was quite the impressive exhibit. Is it still there?
