Having endured 6 years of torment LOST had its final curtain call last week. Did anyone else watch the show to completion or catch the final episode? After a week of thinking about it I've finally come to terms with the ending. It seemed to have lost its direction but redeemed itself just before the audience gave up on it. Ah well... whats next?

Good question. I can't say I've paid a lot of attention, but from what little bit I have heard about the new shows for next fall, nothing jumps out and says "oh I have to see that show". So what is next? I guess we'll find out.

My family has followed LOST religiously since the beginning. Unfortunately I missed the season finale because the assholes changed the date they were airing the episode since LOST and American Idol air the same day and ended the same day. That was disappointing.

When I finally seen it I was quite happy. There are a LOT of questions still unanswered. In fact, we STILL don't know what the island actually is, but the way it ended with the "alternate" universe and the exchange between Hurley and Jack on the island was enough to keep me happy.

Claire confused me. It seemed like they had this big plan for her, but then they suddenly didn't know what to do with her once she found out where Aaron was.

They used so much filler to catch satisfy the viewer that the end could never have made complete sense. I'm not disappointed just a little unhappy.

I guess it shows you can't please everyone. I should just be glad it wasn't canceled before it finished.

Is Hero's getting the ending it deserves?

Only if they make this movie that Paulie has mentioned before. On the one hand, Claire jumping from the ferris wheel was an okay ending. It kind of took us back to where everything began. Yet, considering that it felt like the show was turning a corner again, and we only had a paltry 18 episodes this time before the curtain call on season 4, then it doesn't feel like we had a good ending. Here's hoping that someone green lights this movie.

Last I heard NBC was just down right refusing to even give us a made for television movie or a couple episodes to finish off the series. They're pretty bent on dropping the series forever.

I love it when broadcasting companies go out of there way to kill a franchise. Boston Legal went from my favorite show to -gone- in no time. I don't get it.

When they are trying to sell the show you can't escape the commercials. When it isn't getting the projected ratings they work behind closed doors to cancel it. When its going under they kill its memory by sweeping it under the carpet.
